Elsa Poon

Elsa Poon is a registered Occupational Therapist in good standing with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario. She is a member of the Canadian Association of Occupational Therapists. Elsa is qualified as an ADP Authorizer. She is also certified in Key Methods (1997), in the Arcon system (2006) on Functional Abilities Evaluations and has obtained a certification from the Roy Matheson Industrial Rehabilitation Program (1995).

She specialized in Work Site Assessments, Ergonomic Assessments, Return to Work Programs, Work Hardening programs, Functional Abilities Evaluations, Home Assessments, Attendant Care Assessments, Future Cost of Care Analysis, catastrophic case management of traumatic brain and orthopaedic injury, and discharge / future care planning.

She received training through the University of Florida and is a Canadian Certified Life Care Planner. She has completed the C-CAT certification course and obtained C-CAT (FO) certification jointly from the Canadian Society of Medical Evaluators and Canadian Academy of Psychologist in Disability Assessment.


Amaresh Parikshya

Amaresh Parikshya is a Registered Occupational Therapist in good standing with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario (COTO). He is also certified in catastrophic impairment evaluator with C-CAT(FO). He can perform In-Home assessments, Attendant Care Needs assessments, Situational Assessments, Future Care Costs Analyses, Worksite Assessments, Cognitive Assessments, Functional work capacity assessments, Physical Demands Analysis and Occupational therapy treatment sessions.

Amy Chan

Amy Chan is a Registered Occupational Therapist in Ontario that is proficient in both English and Cantonese. She has been with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario since 2007 and also a member of the Ontario Society of Occupational Therapists since 2008. She has attended conferences and seminars in regard to Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Traumatic Brain Injury Paediatrics, Job Demands Analysis, Lifestyle Restoration Program, Functional Abilities Evaluation, Attendant Care and many more. She has also attended the Home and Community Care Conference in 2014 and 2015 as well as Palliative Care Conference for First Nations in 2018. She has over 10 years of experience working as an occupational therapist and case manager. She is an expert witness in functional capacity evaluations.


Betty Chan

Betty Chan is a Registered Occupational Therapist of Ontario and a member of the Canadian Association of Occupational Therapists. She has experience working in the field of Occupational Therapy for over 30 years. She has worked with clients with orthopaedic difficulties, neurological difficulties and traumatic brain injuries. She has extensive experience as a pediatric Occupational Therapist, working with many children and young adults. She has provided assessments and intervention for children with special needs from ages 0-7. She has worked in hospital settings as well as treatment centres for children and young adults. She has assessed and provided treatment to children with orthopaedic, neuromuscular and neurological deficits. She is experienced in conducting Home Assessments and community-based training and services to individuals. She is a registered Assistive Devices Program (ADP) authorizer, certified in Neuro-Developmental Therapy and attended workshops on Sensory Integration Therapy as well as Cognitive Rehabilitation.


Justin Moy

Justin Moy is a registered Occupational therapist in good standing with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario. He has experience providing occupational therapy services to multiple locations, including hospitals, clinics, worksites and communities. He has done Home Assessments, Attendant Care Needs assessments, Future Cost of Care Analysis, hospital discharge planning, Work Site Assessments, Functional Work Capacity Assessments, Physical Demands Analyses and paper reviews. He has worked with pediatric and young adult clients since 2007. He is certified in Microcurrent Point Stimulation (MPS) therapy and administering the Cogmed Working Memory Training Program. He also has advanced training from the Ontario Brain Injury Association and Brock University in Neurorehabilitation: Assisting Recovery and Function in Everyday Life.
